SQL Server Installation Center, click
Installation.


2. Click
New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation.
SQL Server 2008 Setup


1. In
Setup Support Rules, click
Ok.


2. In
Product Key, enter your product key and click
Next.


3. In
License Terms, check
I accept the license terms and click
Next.


4. In
Setup Support Files, click
Install.


5. In
Setup Support Rules, click
Next.


6. In
Feature Selection, check the features you want to install and click
Next.


7. In
Instance Configuration, click
Next.


8. In
Disk Space Requirements, click
Next.


10. In
Database Engine Configuration, specify the Authentication Method to use and the SQL Server administrators and click
Next.


11. In
Error and Usage Reporting, click
Next.


12. In
Installation Rules, click
Next.


13. In
Ready to Install, click
Install.


14. The setup process will now begin.


15. After the setup process finishes, click
Next.


16. Finally, click
Close.
